The ProWindows Story
I started installing windows in May of 1995... having just returned
from a
2-year tour in the Peace Corps, where I was a teacher at a Technical
School in
Cameroon, Central Africa. Being a volunteer was a great experience
that has
helped shape my life.
My dad was a general contractor at the time and I had been framing
houses and remodeling for the past 8 years. I started out by calling
myself The Window Man. I found out after a few years that the name
“Window Man” was too popular and I needed a new name.
I had also hired 2 helpers, and my dad. Thus I incorporated and
ProWindows Inc. was born.
Our
company goal has always been to provide the highest quality products
at competitive prices... but it has evolved over the last few years.
I now understand that people want a prompt and professional initial
response, clean and friendly work crews... and personal service
that does not end with a final payment.
Our goal is 100% satisfaction and we work hard everyday to provide
exactly that. We are not like most companies out there who just
want to make a buck. We want lifelong relationships. We want happy
customers. We understand that a happy customer is the best form
of advertising. We continually strive to make ourselves better so
we can provide you with the most knowledgeable salespeople, professional
installers and the best products.
We are not like other companies… we have a conscience. “The
Customer is King.” That phrase rings true in every business,
but most companies only concentrate on the bottom line. We are different.
First and foremost we call you back and we get the job done on time.
We are also willing to accept responsibility when things go wrong.
Why not, we accept the countless letters of praise when things go
right. We go the extra mile to make sure people are satisfied. We
are in it for the long haul and our constant growth is a testament
to our continued success.
